中国进出口质量认证中心厦门评审中心（以下称厦门评审中心）是中国进出口质量认证 中心（CQC）设在厦门地区的分支机构，行政上隶属厦门出入境检验检疫局。CQC是原国家进 出口商品检验局（CCIB）根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》及其《实施条例》和国 务院"三定方案"设立，并经中央编制委员会办公室批准的事业单位。经中国国家进出口企业 认证机构认可委员会（CNAB）评定认可注册，CQC 具有独立地从事第三方质量体系认证的资 格。CQC是中国目前规模最大、认证企业数量最多、实力最强的认证机构之一，亦是 IAF 和 PAC多边认可协议集团成员（CNAB）认可的认证机构，得到全面的国际互认。 厦门评审中心于1992年9月至1993年1月筹备成立，其前身是原厦门商检局在监督管理处 基础上筹划成立的厦门ISO 9000质量体系评审部，是中国第一家第三方质量体系评审认证机 构。1993年7月首批获中国出口商品生产企业ISO 9000工作委员会（即 CNAB之前身）评定认 可注册。从成立至今，厦门评审中心始终不以营利为目的，不接受社会各方任何方式的经济 赞助，财务收入主要来自审核和培训收费。 厦门评审中心拥有70多位经国际权威机构（如BSI、BMIQA、NOVO等）培训合格，并经国 家认可注册的质量体系和环境管理体系主任审核员、审核员、技术专家，其中10多位经国际 认可注册。经过多年的探索和积累，厦门评审中心已经成功地开展了诸多领域的ISO 9000评 审认证业务。 厦门评审中心在认证业务开拓的许多方面，都一直居于全国领先地位。 1993颁发了CQC第二号ISO 9000质量管理体系（QMS）认证证书； 1996年颁发了中国第一份ISO 14000 环境管理体系（EMS）认证证书； 1998年颁发了中国第一份OHSAS 18000 职业安全卫生管理体系（OHSMS）认证证书； 1998年颁发了全球第一份全面管理体系（TMS）认证证书； 2000年颁发了中国第一份BS7799信息安全管理体系（ISMS）认证证书； 2000年颁发了中国第一份出口产品认证证书； 1994年起，最早在中国开展服务行业ISO 9000的推行和认证工作。 厦门评审中心本着"独立公正、规范准确、优质高效"的宗旨，竭诚为广大企业和社会团 体提供最佳的服务。 独立公正 规范准确 优质高效

and Export (here-in-after refer to as Xiamen Audit Centre) is the branch in Xia men of CQC .It's subordinate to Xiamen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau . CQC is an organization established by original State Administration of Import and Export Commodity Inspection in accordance with "the Law of the Peo- ple's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection " and its " Implementation Regulations " and " Three Decision Scheme " of the State Council and approved by central government. Accredited and registered by CNAB, CQC is entitled to perform the third - party quality system certification independent- ly. Up to now, CQC has been one of the most powerful certification organiza- tions in China, which possesses the most broad scope and numerous certified enterprises ，Also accredited by IAF & PAC MLA Group Member ( CNAB ), and re- ceived total international mutual accreditation.
1993.It's the first independent third party certification body in China. It or- iginated from Xiamen ISO 9000 Quality System Audit Department which came from Supervision Department of CCIB Xiamen. Xiamen Audit Centre is the first unit registered by China Council for the Quality System (ISO 9000) of the Export Manufacturers in July 1993 . Since its foundation, Xiamen Audit Centre has never aimed at profit, nor accepted any economical sponsor. Its financial re- venue mainly comes from the fee of audit and training.
