厦门金达威维生素有限公司简介
厦门金达威维生素股份有限公司是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，成立于一九九七年十一月二十四日，原系中德合资企业，于二OO一年六月改制成为股份有限公司，主要大股东为厦门金达威投资有限公司和中牧实业股份有限公司（上市公司）。首期工程建设总投资2亿元人民币，年产值3亿元人民币。2002年上半年动工的二期工程占地面积7万平方米，总投资5亿元人民币，年产值预计达10亿元人民币。
公司目前主要生产经营产品为维生素A粉(油)、维生素D3粉(油)、维生素AD3粉、维生素B12、生物素、烟酰胺、硫酸铜、鱼促长素以及医药原料等。
公司成立伊始就确定了“质量和信誉是我们的生命”的质量方针，投产不久便顺利通过了ISO9001质量体系认证。公司紧紧围绕着“科教兴业，面向世界”的经营理念，通过追求一流管理、一流技术、一流品质、一流服务，营造了与跨国公司竞争的综合优势，树立了行业中的品牌地位。
同时，公司不惜重金引进国内外专业技术人才，成立科研部门，开发了许多高新技术产品，目前在册的员工，中专以上学历占96%，其中大专以上占40%，形成了专业配套齐全的、梯队完整的技术人才队伍。几年来，承担了多项国家、省市火炬计划项目、国家科技攻关项目，并完成了多个高新技术产品的研发和产业化工程。

Founded on 24th Nov.1997, Xiamen Kingdomway Vitamin Inc. is one of Key
High-tech Enterprises of National Torch Plan Projects. In June, 2001,
the company was reformed from previously a Sino-Germany Joint Venture
into a public company, and the main shareholders are Xiamen Kingdomway
Investment Limited and China Animal Husbandry Industrial Co.,Limited.
The investment for the first-phase construction amounted to 200 million
RMB and the annual production value hit 300 million RMB. In March, 2002,
the second-phase construction project has been under way with a total
construction area of 70,000 square meters and an investment of 300 million
RMB. As estimated, the production value for the new project will total
up to 700 million RMB.
At present, the main products which the company is producing and trading
in include Vitamin A powder and oil, Vitamin D3 powder and oil, Vitamin
A/D3 powder, Vitamin B12, Vitamin H, Nicotinamide, Copper Sulfate, growth
promoting substance for Aqua culture products and pharmaceutical materials.
Since the establishment, the company has finalized Quality And Prestige
Are Our Live as our quality policy. Consequently, we successfully passed
ISO9001 Quality System Audit shortly after the operation. With the concept
of Act Scientifically, Thinking Globally, our goal is to be a leader in
management, products quality, service performance and technology, which
is access to creating our comprehensive advantages comparable to those
multinational companies, and building up our brand in the industry.
In addition that R&D centre was founded, we do not spare money in
recruiting professional technical staff domestically and internationally
and developed high-tech products. Among over 400 employees, there are
96 percent of whose education is above technical secondary school level,
inclusive of 40 percent of who graduated from Colleges, so that a complete
technical team in a ladder pattern has been formed. In the latest years,
the staff carried on a variety of Torch-plan projects for the state, Provincial
and Municipal government and accomplished the tasks of research and development
of high-tech products and for industrialization projects.
